The day you bring them home. Puppy lessons start at 8 weeks — early weeks focus on socialization, crate setup and gentle foundations. Adult dogs of any age can start any time; our oldest graduate was a thirteen-year-old beagle learning recall.
Reward-based, force-free methods only: marker training, food and play rewards, desensitization and classical conditioning. No shock collars, no leash corrections, no intimidation — in writing, in every program.

Life happens. You get the full session recording, the week's homework video and a fifteen-minute catch-up call before the next class — free. Miss twice and we'll move you to the next month's group at no charge.
