Emberleash Training Co began with one leash-reactive rescue, a borrowed field and a stubborn belief: no dog is stubborn, only misunderstood. Twelve years later that field in Toledo hosts thousands of graduates — and the belief hasn't changed.
We are a team of certified cynologists, walkers and consultants working from one playbook: modern, reward-based methods, honest assessments and owners trained as carefully as their dogs.

Three Rules on Every Leash
Train the feeling first. A dog that feels safe can learn anything; a dog that feels threatened can only react. Every Emberleash plan starts with the dog's emotional state.
Coach the human most. Dogs learn in minutes what owners rehearse for months. We spend as much time on your timing, cues and consistency as on the dog's.
Prove it outside. A sit that only works in the kitchen isn't trained. Every program ends with real-world proofing — parks, cafés, trails, doorbells.
