Profile
Twelve Years of Reliable Dogs
Richard leads group obedience and advanced off-leash work at Emberleash. His specialty is adolescent dogs — that wild stretch between puppy and adult — where timing, criteria and proofing decide everything.
Before Emberleash he trained search-and-rescue prospects, which is where his obsession with bulletproof recalls comes from. He still competes in rally obedience with his own shepherd, June.
- Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA)
- Leads Group Training and Security Program
- 1,400+ dogs graduated from his classes
“A dog that only listens in the kitchen isn't trained. We finish every skill where real life happens.”
